Transposing a score shouldn't transpose a drum staff

Steps to reproduce bug
1. Open Transpose Drums.mscz
2. Select entire score for transposition
3. Change to C-Sharp Major.

Expected result: Only instruments with pitch are transposed.
Actual result: Drum notes change.

MuseScore version: 0.9.6.3 stable

This seems to produce the incorrect result in v4.1
Steps: make score with percussion staff and music, select all with Ctrl/Cmd A, apply transposition.
Expected: only pitched staves should change
Actual: all staves change

I can't reproduce this.

This is what I tried:

  1. Create score with flute and drumset and C Maj key signature
  2. Add notes to flute stave and to drumset stave
  3. Select all with CTRL+A
  4. Tools>Transpose to G Maj.

The score is attached and here are before and after pictures:

This issue is very old and got fixed ages ago.
So whatever you're experiencing is something new and different
