Create new score >>> Change 2nd measure to time signature 2 / 2 >>> Change 3nd measure to time signature 3 / 4 . Then remains the 2nd measure 4/4. When you then chance 4nd measure to time signature then become there notes eaten. ;-)
When then you 2 x undo, then notes come in strange places.
Hope is understand with "my" English...

I see that the score you attached has problems but I wasn't able to recreate the bug. Here's what I tried. Let me know if I misinterpreted a step.

  1. Create new score in 4/4 time
  2. Change the 2nd measure to 2/2 time
  3. Change the 3rd measure to 3/4 time
  4. Change the 2nd measure back to 4/4 time
  5. Edit > Undo twice

Simplified version

  1. Create new score in 4/4 time
  2. Fill several measures with eighth notes
  3. Change initial time signature to 3/4
  4. Change initial time signature back to 4/4
  5. Edit > Undo twice
