F2 transpose does not respect key signatures
Ubuntu 14.04, GIT commit: 7a68c4a
1) new score, C major
2) enter C major scale
3) press F2 repeatedly
Result: First two look good - transposes to C# major and D major. But then the third transposition - to Eb - spells everything with sharps. That's how the "Up" arrow works, but that doesn't transpose key signatures. When transposing key signatures, we should be spelling pitches accordingly.

Also the F2 doesn't work on selections. I plan to modify it to work like Notes / Transpose - selecting the whole score is nothing is selected (and then clearing the selection afterwards), but otherwise preserving an existing selection.
