Open Segno bug report.mscz using the latest nightly.

Expected behavior: Measure 2 should have a "Segno" symbol

Actual behavior: Measure 2 displays an "Up bow" symbol

Discussion: In the mscx source file 0.9.5 uses  to represent segno. R. 2414 uses  to represent segno.
