Sound don't work

I upgraded my computer and had to download Musescore and Sound Hub all over.
I've downloaded the sounds I need - just like I did last time - but some of them is not working..

In this screenshot both the Clarinet and the Viola is supposed to be playing, but no sound is coming out..
Any suggestions?
