First Note of Each Measure Not Playing
I downloaded and opened a musescore file (https://musescore.com/user/12287421/scores/3022181) and when the measure starts with a B flat by itself, the B flat will not play. Included is a screenshot of part of the score with an example of the notes that would not play circled. I managed to get some of them to work, but not all of them. I just downloaded musescore 4.3.

The link you gave in your message is not the same as the music you show in the screenshot. Please attach the score that is actually having the problem. Without it, we (probably!) can't really help much.

Oh whoops I forgot I had transposed it. It's the same score but transposed to B flat. The original score has the same issue when loaded into Musescore.

As a workaround - you can select note, go to properties and reset playback velocity
