Are you on iOS (an iPhone or iPad) or on an iMac (which runs MacOS)? There are reports that the new version, 4.3, won’t run on MacOS 11 “Big Sur“, which is what’s happening to me, and even more frustratingly the previous version of MuseScore, 4.2.1, which has been working fine, also no longer runs. MuseScore will start to boot up and then instantly shut down.

I wish there was a dmg engine for iOS lol
