How do i use Vst?
I just downloaded the Keyzone VST, but i do not know how to make it appear in musescore 4. Is it possible to do that and if yes then how?

How were you doing this, and how do you know it's not there aka. what were you looking for?
If you go into your 'Mixer' (button at top in MS4), then select a 'Sound' you are meant to see a drop-down menu that shows you VST3 - then your currently active VST Instruments. Mine all just appeared under the VST3 submenu after installation.

I got the LABS from spitfire to work, but not this guy.
If by 'the Keyzone VST' you mean this one: https://plugins4free.com/plugin/2848/ , it will not work since it is not VST3.

If this one doesn't work, then can you tell me the alternatives to it? I need one to make the release cut piano sounds.

There are dozens of free piano vst3's out there. We cannot help you finding the sound you want.

Just make sure you download a VST3. Vst2 will not work.
MuseSounds also has pianos.
