How can I stretch 2 bars to fit like the others?
My last 2 bars are not stretching to the end of page like all the others.
How is this done?

Format -> Style -> Page. There is a field "Last system fill threshold". Set it e.g. to a very low value, e.g. 0%.
You can select the bars and reduce/increase stretch with
{and}keys, see https://musescore.org/en/node/283186 and in your specific case, delete the end of the line (same issue as here https://musescore.org/en/node/343459).
