Repeat Dynamics

How do I copy repeat dynamics i.e. when two notes next to each other are the same.
In MuseScore 3 I could highlight two notes next to each other and both dynamics would appear when chosen. I can't do that In MuseScore 4 it seems I have to do each note individually.
I can highlight multiple notes for articulations but not dynamics

A dynamic symbol is played as long as it is overridden by another dynamic symbol.
4 bars are played e.g. mf, above the 5th bar ff is listed, so from there ff is played.
In other words dynamic symbols relate to the individual note AND the notes that follow.
