converting Koto notation to Western style notation (i.e. 5 lines etc.)

Hi, I am using Musescore for writing and editing music.
Now I need to convert Japanese music written in KOTO or JianPu to standard western notation.
I noted there are a few plugins for that matter, but they seem to do the opposite, namely converting western notation to Japanese notation.
So, how shall I proceed (step by step, please)?

Not many people on this forum will even know what Koto notation looks like. Is it something like this example?

If so, then you (or some other volunteer) would be faced with a huge development to build software for a Koto optical music recognition (OMR) system.

2. JianPu
