This is caused by the bugle instruments using the Tuba preset in the SoundFont. I don't think Frank Wen expected people to use tuba notes above C5 when he designed the preset. I have fixed this by extending the upper sample to cover the full key range above C5, and the fix will be available in version 0.2.1 of the SoundFont. Until then, you can work around this issue by opening the mixer and assigning a different preset to the staff, such as Trumpet.
I have extended the upper range of the tuba for MuseScore_General 0.2.1 (and also the HQ version). Until MuseScore_General version 0.2.1 is included with MuseScore, you can download the SoundFont here:
If you have trouble uncompressing the files, you can use 7-zip for Windows or The Unarchiver for Mac. Linux users should be able to use their built-in archive manager.

Can these instruments get that high in real live?
Amateur range of bugle and soprano bugle is G5, mellophone bugle is F5 and alto bugle is D5.
Which soundfont are you using?

As far as I can tell that is the version shipped with MuseScore 4.6(.2)
No it isn't, 3.6.2 ships version 0.2 (or 0.2a) of these soundfonts, as appararently does 4.0.0 RC 1
