View menu: tick box selection lost at end of session

OS: Windows 10 (10.0), Arch.: x86_64, MuseScore version (64-bit): 3.0.1.4922, revision: 598057d
Open any score. Open the View menu. If the workspace or selection filter is already open, there should be ticks in the relevant boxes. But the ticks are missing. Even if you tick the relevant boxes, the selection is lost when you close and reopen the program. This doesn't seem to affect the Inspector panel.
