Append vertical/horizontal frame does not work

  1. Select a measure
  2. Create > Measures > Append horizontal frame (or vertical frame)

Expected behavior: A frame should appear after the selected measure

Actual behavior: Measure is deselected but no frame appears.

(Tested using r.2081 nightly and 0.9.5, Windows XP)

I think that "append a frame" works like "append a measure". So it adds a frame at the end of the staff.
It works ok for me with 0.9.5 on Vista.

Status (old) active ⇒ by design

"append a frame" appends a frame at the end of the score and works like "append measure". It works for me on Linux.
