Insert pickupbar after creating score.
I often find myself wanting to insert a pickup bar after I have started a new score. Now I insert a baar at the beginning open its properties and set it to the apropiate length. Then I hide the duplicate key signature. This works but i would like to be able to do this from the menu straight away. Something like "insert custom measure". The way it is now it is almost easier to start a new score from scratch.

The duplicate time signature is a known bug. See //musescore.org/en/node/1585
You can insert a measure by pressing insert on the keyboard. A custom menu item would not be significantly faster and it is not a common action (maybe once every few scores).
