Fine middle of a measure
Is it possible to set the "Fine" on a specific note in a measure without doing two "half" measures ?

Not sure about current version 2.0.2, but you couldn't in 2011. https://musescore.org/en/node/9220
Perhaps you chould try to break into 2 measures and mark the barline between the 2 as invisible.
