Changing instrument order causes crash if bar lines span multiple staves

  1. Open bach-bc2.mscx demo file
  2. Create > Instruments
  3. Move the trumpet down
  4. Press OK to leave instrument dialog

MuseScore crashes

Workaround: Drag the multi-staff bar line back up to the trumpet staff. Repeat steps 2-4 and MuseScore does not crash.

(Tested using 0.9.4, 0.9.5 and r.2066, Windows XP. Bug is present in all three versions)
