Staff names do not update when new instrument added (regression)

  1. Open attached file: "Add staff.mscz"
  2. Create > Instruments
  3. Add new instrument (such as trumpet)
  4. Click "Up" twice to move the new instrument to the top
  5. Click "OK"

Expected behavior: Staves should be labeled Trumpet, Violin, Violincello

Actual behavior: Staves are labeled Violin, Violincello, Violincello

Workaround: Save score and reload

(Tested using r.1951, self-built, Windows XP)
