Muse Hub cannot install or download MuseScore

So, I just bought a Surface Pro 9 in order to be able to use MobileSheets and write music anywhere into MuseScore. But when I press the app Icon in Muse Hub to download it just does not want to do it, and after a while I get an error "Unable to install MuseScore" "The process reported that it was unsuccesful. Please try again. Make sure no other programs are currently being installed".

I tried to install Audacity for example and that works great, so I dont really know what the problem here is.. Please help me..
